Retrofits: EBA/TD project leader’s to exercise discretion to use preferred list. Standard Quotation templates are a must.

EBA & TD teams to ensure communication of the new process with all AoR’s. AoRs are required to include the preferred installer list and the quotation templates in their front end specifications for tendering.

Successful bidder (installer) must supply standard quotation template upon award (24 hrs.) to support on line quote.
